Reports To

Outlet Store Manager

MAIN OBJECTIVE

To provide an excellent customer service experience for all Outlet Store & wholesale customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ability to train as office accounting back-fill, including but not limited to:

o Accounts Payables

o Accounts Receivables

o Logistics and Inventory Control

  • Prepares the Outlet Store for the day by filling all display cases, filling orders, and folding boxes as needed.
  • Compares and totals all store items ordered from production versus items received.
  • Lists all product available for customers to purchase; monitors item availability throughout the day.
  • Takes 20 or more item orders; confirms with Outlet Store manager availability of the ordered items.
  • Leads the Outlet Store’s marketing, including but not limited to:

o Holiday order forms

o Outlet Store games and customer interaction

o Assisting with social media posts

o Pop-up store initiative

  • Keeps store freezer stocked for quick and efficient access to items for customers.
  • Monitors and tracks specialty items and specific store pies brought up from blast/main freezer.
  • Answers both wholesale and Outlet Store calls; directs and transfers calls as needed.
  • Handles and records customer complaints.
  • Cleans and Sanitizes as needed.
  • Prepares Outlet Store for next day- makes master boxes and product boxes, fills store freezer, etc.
  • Boxes, labels, and freezes product.
  • Monitors and records store cooler and freezer temperatures.
  • Makes store menus as needed.
  • Makes store punch cards as needed.
  • Makes lot tag paper for production as needed.
  • Must have the ability to work both individually and with a team.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

COMPETENCY

Knowledge

Food safety knowledge (preferred).

Skills

Basic math skills, Computer skills, Office Suite- primarily excel, Accounting skills (preferred), data entry (preferred).

Abilities

Interpersonal communication skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Bakery Manufacturing environment; Facility works with the following food allergens: Wheat, Milk, Soy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans), Coconut, Eggs.

Retail Store and Office setting.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Sitting.

Education
